The 5 qt. cooking vessel only a few minor scratches and marks to the non stick surface. The outside of the removable slow cooker vessel has no scratches and only a few minor marks. Cooking vessel has no dents and no damage to the handles. The heating griddle base only has some minor scratches and two marks from the cooking vessel resting on it. There are 5 heat settings 1-5.
