Measures:  5 1/2" x 4 1/4", 3 3/4" tall
Marked:  Sheets Rockford S Co.  1875  364
I have not polished so not sure of any silverplate loss.
Handles are secure with no repairs that I can see.
Nice ribbing around the middle of the pot.
Nice heavy piece.
