Vintage Pairpoint Mfg Co 9”x3” Quadruple Plate 2472  Mass.
Used in vintage condition.
Pairpoint Manufacturing Company was founded in 1880 by Thomas J. Pairpoint. At the time, there was not another silver manufacturer, in America or Europe,  that had the superior quality of Pairpoint Manufacturing Company. They had a large plant in New Bedford, Massachusetts. All of their silver plate pieces where quadruple plated which means they were plated with four times more pure silver than other counterparts.
