This elegant creamer was made by Vista Alegre for Mottahedeh. Mottahedeh is the recognized leader in luxury ceramic antique reproductions and historic designs.For more than 90 years, Mottahedeh has focused on complex and beautiful colors; unique historic shapes; centuries-old craftsmanship; and an impeccable attention to detail.
This piece is decorated in Mottahedeh's Silhouette pattern which is a reproduction of an early 19th century set of Coalport plates which date to 1805-1810. The series of Coalport plates featured silhouettes of the Angerstein family of London.
The front and back of the coffee pot features a different silhouette of a mother playing with small children set against a white ground
