Vintage Manning-Bowman Means Best Pedestal Foot Nickel Sugar Bowl & Creamer.
Just polished with Simichrome - no dings or blemishes. Interiors are clean.
Came from my great aunt’s estate - probably dates from 1940's to early 60's.
Not sure what the exterior finish is, but best guess is pewter.
