Item has not been tested other than turning it on and checking the various dials. No reel for checking. There is movement when dial is turned to rewind, forward, etc. The light does not come on. And it appears that a piece is missing where the light comes out. Brush is included, but item does appear to be missing a cord that goes in the slot beside it.
