Up for auction is a 1942 vintage vinyl covered Insurance Co premium for savings bonds and other valuable documents recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area.  It is found in good used condition.  Made by the Zell Products Corporation from Norfolk Conn.  Condition issues include losses to bottom edges and edges surrounding the closure snap, yellowing of paper.  Envelopes for Life Insurance, Fire Insurance, Automobile Insurance, Savings Bonds, Mortgages, and Last Will and Testament.  Snap works.  Overall size approx. 5.5x11".
