For your consideration is a vintage, 1940s, linen postcard of an adorable cat wearing a hat. It is entitled, "MR. KAATSKILL" and sold as a souvenir of the CATSKILLS MOUNTAINS region of New York State. The postcard is numbered "167 CM" next to the title and "4A - H2058" in the border at the lower right-hand side.
The reverse indicates that the postcard was published by C.W. HUGHES & CO. of Mechanicville, NY. The reverse also states that it is a GENUINE CURTEICH-CHICAGO "C.T. ART-COLORTONE" POST CARD.
