Rare Vintage Battery Operated Flip Over Bear With Suitcases

Description

This flipping bear takes two D batteries. One in each suitcase. I can't get him to work. All the wires are connected. It may be the on off switch. His condition is excellent as you can see in the photos. I have only seen this toy with monkeys and never a bear. He is a rare bear. He is an exceptional toy whether he works or sits on a shelf.
