    This boot is new in the box. It was purchased directly from the Propper manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico.
    It is in great shape but due to their strict inspection, any irregularity is rejected and considered seconds. This one has a slight imperfection in the right boot; there is a line in the suedet hat is an irregularity of the leather. Please look at pictures carefully.
