This Perfect Petzzz Chihuahua dog does come with original carrier, as well as what I believe is it original booklet, and has been tested, and I do not know if it is working but have tried putting batteries in, but unfortunately not know how to operate this item. It does have a little bit of a tear in the left ear at the tip, but only adds to the character of the dog.
