    Description

Pairpoint Mfg Co Quadruple Silver Plate
    Antique
Container Sugar Bowl #328 Floral Motif
This double handled bowl has etched flowers and leaves.
The fluted rim and handles have a raised relief pattern.
The bottom is stamped "Pairpoint Mfg Co New Bedford, Mass" and "Quadruple Plate" with a "P" in a diamond pattern.
    Underneath "328" is stamped.
The silver plate has a nice dark patina that would polish up nicely if so desired.
The stamp at the bottom indicates this was most likely made between 1880-1900.
In 1880, British silver designer Thomas Pairpoint created the Pairpoint Mfg Co.
In 1900, the company was merged with the Mount Washington glass company and renamed Pairpoint Corporation.
This item is in Good Pre-Owned condition.
There are a few dings in the actual bowl.
See photos to fully assess condition.
