Lid for your LIPAVI sous vide container. Prevents water from evaporating and conserves heat. Makes the cooking process more energy efficient, as well as reducing the need for refilling your water bath when cooking for extended time periods. The lid features a cut-out specially designed for the Anova Precision immersion circulator. The lid, when combined with the LIPAVI C20 container and the LIPAVI L20 sous vide rack, makes a perfect system for use with your Anova Precision. Very snug fit. I cooked short ribs for 48 hours and had no noticeable evaporation.
Don’t use a sous vide without the right tub

Using the Lipavi lid and tub will give you better results when using a sous vide because there is plenty of room for the water to circulate and the lid prevents rapid evaporation. It is lightweight and strong. I know, we would all like to avoid extra kitchen clutter, but this tub is happy to perch on the top of your refrigerator without getting much notice.

Nice lid to compliment the c20. Seems expensive when buying both container and lid but once you get past the cost it's nice. Not the thickest plastic and wouldn't carry it when full but seems like it will hold up well.Got the one for my anofi precision and perfect fit with cutout and easily remove lid with cooker attached to the container.For long cooks it's great. Minimal evaporation.
