Antique Vintage Silver plate Creamer and Sugar set box floral C&CO birds faces

Antique Vintage footed Silver plate Creamer and Sugar set in original rich blue velvet lined box
My Granny received it as a gift in 1968, but not clear if it was purchased new at the time or from an antique store (might be older than 1968)
Embossed on the bottom: C&CO plus some other characters (looks like a castle perhaps and Old English lettering - hard to tell - see photos)
Very ornate design with a floral pattern, flowers, birds on each handle (eagle? hawk?) and faces at each foot / leg.
3" tall to top of handle / creamer is 5.75" wide and sugar bowl is 6.5" wide
Really beautiful set.
