Antique Victorian 1898 Christmas Victor Silver Plate Loving Cup Sugar Bowl

A Beautiful, Antique, Victor Silver Company, Footed Loving Cup, Sugar Bowl that's Engraved D.G. Christmas '98.  It measures; 3-1/2" tall x approx. 6-1/4" from the end of each handle and the bottom is stamped Victor Silver Co. Quadruple Plate, 2624.  It does have tarnish but I did not want to ruin anything by trying to polish it.  It's a very sweet antique Christmas Memento and there are no dings or dents.
