Antique St. Louis Silver Quadruple plate sugar bowl No. 151 Basle pattern.

You are bidding on an antique St. Louis Silver Quadruple plate sugar bowl in the No. 151 Basle pattern. I am not a collector, but I am guessing this item was an early production item for St. Louis Silver company as it is rather plain looking. The only ornamentation is a little floral detail on the top of the handles (see picture showing inside of bowl). There are several dents on the sides (see front and back pictures). The picture showing the bottom has the word "Basle" stamped above the circular marking saying " St. Louis Silver Co." and below that the word "Quadruple" and below that stamped the number "151". I don't know if 151 denotes a pattern or if it was the 151st piece of this pattern. The piece measures approximately 5" in diameter including the handles and approximately 2 1/2" high.
