1908 Miniature Leather Book PHOENIX INSURANCE CO OF BROOKLYN Petite Calendar

Offered for sale is this antique 1908 Leather bound Miniature Calendar Book put out by the Phoenix Insurance Company out of Brooklyn NY in good overall condition. It measures about 1 15/16" by 1 3/8" and has tight readable pages. There is a Postal Section in the rear showing Post Office fees from the time alongf with the phases of the moon. This came with a "stamp case" as stated on the title page, but the stamps are missing as one would expect from the pages within the book. It is also stated on the first end page, "PHENIX OF BROOKLY" as seen in the photos. The pages are still tight and show light yellowing and foxing as to be expected. The leather softcovers have a great aged look to them. It was signed in pencil by an older owner out of Watkins Glenn New York. This is a hard to find miniature book and would make a fine example to any book or advertising collection.
