    Description

    Glossy light brown, golden brown mellowed down from mint color, and steel with subtle iridescent blue steel, red, and green overtones. There are a few carbon specks around HALF CENT, particularly a couple above L in HALF and on the upper wreath, and a speck of old verdigris nestled under star 3. Smooth surfaces otherwise with a shallow clip on the rim under 18 and over AT in STATES.
