    Description

    1828 Classic Head Half Cent, 13 Stars, C-3. Choice Almost Uncirculated, certified PCGS AU-55.
    An attractive medium brown coin with some bluish toning highlights. A considerable amount of luster remains, particularly on the Reverse. I would say PQ and on the upper end of the 55 grade - it looks clearly nicer than another similar coin I received back in the same submission, and was surprised it did not come back AU-58.
    Images included of the coin taken prior to certification, as they may show the surfaces and color better.
